Director of Operations

Mili Mourino
Director of Client Success & Sales
Mili Mourino brings over two decades of international sales and business development experience. With dual American-Mexican citizenship, she has successfully led expansion initiatives across 15 countries throughout Latin America, the United States, and Mexico.
A former Vice President of Sales, Mili is known for driving organizational growth through strategic leadership, high-performance teams, and client-centered solutions. She currently leads Client Success and Sales at InnoEdge, combining her deep understanding of people, process, and performance to create scalable, sustainable growth.
Her mission is to build healthy businesses—those that thrive financially while empowering the people behind them.

Director of IT & Security
